Contacting Support is simple and integrated directly into the documentation workflow. After a note is generated and the user clicks "Copy," a feedback prompt appears, allowing users to rate the note using a star rating and provide optional comments. This enables users to report issues for investigation, suggest improvements, or share overall satisfaction with the generated notes, helping our team continuously improve the experience.
***All transcripts and generated notes are encrypted and redacted of PHI before being sent to Nabla Support to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect you and your patients privacy.***
All feedback is reviewed and investigated by a Nabla Clinician Experience Team member who will respond in a timely manner with help or instruction to better optimize user time while utilizing Nabla.
