Contacting Support is as easy as rating your note within Nabla. Once you click the “Copy” button, after note generation, you will receive a pop-up asking you to “Rate this note” where you can leave a star rating as well as any comments regarding the note, such as items you wish to be investigated or just letting us know your satisfaction level.

Clicking the “Attach the note and transcript” box before sending your feedback helps Support to investigate more thoroughly to see how information was captured in your transcript and generated into your note. 

***All transcripts and generated notes are encrypted and redacted of PHI before being sent to Nabla Support to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect you and your patients privacy.***
