Rating and sharing feedback is how our users contact Nabla Support to ask for help or to simply rate the ambient experience while utilizing Nabla. Below are steps to take when contacting Support:

  • Once clicking on ‘Copy note’ after generating the encounter, a pop-up asking for a star rating will appear.

  • Choose a star rating and a text box will appear where users are encouraged to manually enter or dictate any feedback, good or bad, related to the workflow/note quality/overall experience while conducting and generating the most recent encounter.

  • Once feedback has been entered, click submit and feedback along with an anonymized transcript and note (encrypted and redacted of PHI) will be sent to the Nabla Support Team for a thorough investigation and response.
