Rating and sharing feedback is how our users contact Support to ask for help with certain issues they might be experiencing or to simply rate their experience while utilizing Nabla. Below are the steps to take when contacting Support:

  • Once clicking on ‘Copy note’ after generating your note, you will receive a pop-up asking for a star rating and feedback.

  • Rate your note with the star rating and click into the feedback text box where you will then add information regarding the reason for contacting Support.

  • Click the “Attach the transcript and note” box to send through your (redacted of PHI) transcript and generated note for a more thorough investigation by our Support Team.
