Patient context
The Patient context field allows you to dictate or manually add information regarding your patient, i.e. age, gender, reason for visit, to enable Nabla to pull more relevant information from your transcript to build the generated note.
Before starting a new encounter, click on the “+ Add context” button in the Patient context field:
Dictate or manually type information into the Patient context field:
Brief information to include:
The patient’s name
Patient’s age
Patient’s gender
Reason for visit
Past medical history
Current treatment
Summary of past visit
Tips:
Keep information concise.
Once information is added to the Patient context field, it will stay in place until manually edited/changed.
Refrain from adding too much information to avoid dilution.
Example:
“Greg, 44-years-old male presents for diabetes consultation with a past medical history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia”
