Suggested Diagnoses

Toggling on the ‘Show visit diagnoses suggestions’ feature enables Nabla to offer you suggested ICD-10 diagnoses upon note generation, which are populated in association with the information Nabla gathers from the symptoms/problems discussed during your visit and captured in your transcript.

We have added support for Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) and Major Complication or Comorbidity (MCC) codes. When a note is generated in Nabla, HCC and MCC pills will now appear alongside ICD-10 code suggestions, helping streamline documentation and coding accuracy.

Users also have the ability to search for new codes or edit diagnoses suggested for more specificity along with deleting unnecessary codes and copy/pasting codes into their EHR.
