Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) is defined as “the process of reviewing medical records for accuracy and completeness.” With Nabla, every clinical document is created with CDI principles in mind. To further support this, we now offer CDI nudges—intelligent pop-ups that appear after note generation. These nudges highlight opportunities to refine documentation, such as suggesting more specific diagnoses based on visit details or prompting for additional information relevant to a particular condition.
