Phone calls & Nabla

When utilizing Nabla for phone call visits, be sure to set your phone call on speaker phone, move your phone close to your laptop/desktop speakers where you have the Nabla web app open (app.nabla.com), and choose 'Phone call' as the 'Encounter type' on the 'Start encounter' screen, then start your Nabla encounter and watch as Nabla captures both sides of your conversation.
