Phone calls & Nabla

When utilizing Nabla for phone call visits, be sure to set the phone call on speaker phone, move the phone close to the laptop/desktop speakers where the Nabla web app is open (app.nabla.com), and choose 'Call on external device' as the 'Encounter type' on the 'Start encounter' screen, then start the Nabla encounter and watch as Nabla captures both sides of the conversation.
