Sometimes things happen while conducting encounters with Nabla, such as loss of connection to WiFi or power loss to the device being utilized.
When a device loses power the transcription Nabla populates will be stopped as Nabla stops listening; however, once the device is back up, the user can resume the encounter and generate a note.
When a device loses connection, once the encounter has started, Nabla has a buffering mechanism that will continue listening for the conversation to resume the transcript once connection has been restored; however this could add a bit of a delay in the note generation time, depending on the length of the buffer,
We do not support offline mode, so a WiFi connection is needed for every encounter.
