You can generate a letter to another doctor directly in Nabla.
How to use?
On your note, click on the chevron in the black button on the bottom right corner. Then click on "Letter".
Enter the required information, and click on "Next".
You will then see a preview of the letter, which you can edit if you want. Then click on "Generate PDF" to download the letter as a PDF file.

See the two files below for an example of a letter as the referring physician, and another as the consulting physician.
